The FAO hosts a side-event on pollinators and presents the 2nd International Pollinator Initiative. The CBD, FAO and the Government of Mexico, in partnership with GIZ, Rare, IUCN and Conservation International, organize a session on the role of Pollinators during Agriculture Day at the Rio Conventions Pavilion, focusing on ‘Agriculture and Biodiversity: Walking hand-in-hand toward a sustainable world.’
